Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the FDIC ServiceNow Task Order 3 program. This full-time, fully remote W-2 role centers on HRSD with occasional WSD work, delivering HR workflows, scoped apps, and integration with IntegrationHub and data migrations.

The ideal candidate will independently own stories, assess risks, and propose stronger design patterns, while collaborating with analysts, architects, and stakeholders in a federal government–regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development, HRSD focus.
• Experience building scoped apps and HR workflows.
• Strong ACL/security knowledge and data protection.
• Experience with data migration, imports, and transforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
• Build HR workflows, case functionality, and talent development.
• Evaluate requirements, identify gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders during implementation.
• Develop scoped applications with secure ACLs; support data loads and migrations.
• Integrate with IntegrationHub, REST APIs; perform code reviews and troubleshoot.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and the FDIC program activities.
• Support WSD tasks and reporting analytics initiatives.
