AMISEQ is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team in McLean, VA. You will design, develop, and implement GRC modules, configure UI, and build robust workflows to meet complex business needs.

The role requires expertise with ServiceNow, REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Glide scripting, along with hands-on Agile experience and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to business requirements.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules to meet requirements.
• Configure UI: Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Dashboards, Portals.
• Configure workflows: Business Rules, Flows, Notifications, Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs; Create and deploy Update Sets.
• Integrate systems using Integration Hub and REST API; test GRC workflows.
• Participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies; provide end-user support.
