The successful applicant should be able to apply and share their knowledge with motivated and entrepreneurial teammates, while engaging a variety of stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver results to our clients. Job Responsibilities As a Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
• Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
• Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
• Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.

• Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

• Experience working in Agile development environments, and strong knowledge of Agile methodology and concepts.
• Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.

• Candidates with current or prior Public Trust Suitability Determination at a federal agency preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge and prior experience using UI Path automation tools.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential
