Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a mid-senior ServiceNow Developer to lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for government clients. You will build integrations, configure ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, and collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality functionality.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active or easily obtainable Secret clearance, and hybrid on-site work in the Washington, DC area, with potential travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.

Overview

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced mid‑senior level ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will lead the design, development, and implementation of the ServiceNow solution, ensuring seamless integration with our collaborators. You will have the chance to use and develop your skills, work with a driven and innovative team, engage with different collaborators, and strengthen CGS' capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and external systems.
• Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SPM solutions.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Hands‑on experience with CMDB.
• Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
• Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Must be able to report to onsite client location in Washington, DC in a hybrid capacity or have the ability to travel for required meetings.

• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (Preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

• Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service and adaptability to handle shifting demands.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Benefits

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full‑time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
