Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.**Pay Range:**$112,185.00 - $179,496.00**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40What You’ll Be Doing* Independently design, develop, and enhance moderately to complex ServiceNow applications based on detailed functional and technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, debugging, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support activities across the application lifecycle.* Develop, implement, maintain, and resolve application and system issues using established SchoolsFirst FCU and credit union development standards, with minimal supervision.* Build new ServiceNow application components to meet user and business requirements, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using tables, profiles, and vendor‐supplied tools to implement approved enhancements and changes.* Adhere to general and credit union specific coding standards, SDLC practices, and SchoolsFirst FCU’s Agile methodology.* Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for new solutions and enhancements to existing applications.* Test and debug new and existing application software, including solutions developed by other team members, to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability, performance, and completeness.* Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and become proficient in new technologies, tools, and development standards. Stay current on emerging technologies and ServiceNow platform advancements through research, training, and collaboration with peers and industry professionals.* Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required to ensure platform stability and reliability.Additional Job Functions* Performs other duties as assigned* Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
