Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decompose requirements into tasks and provide design, prototype, and test cycles.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; advise industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and guide team members.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions via custom apps, workflows, integrations.
• Integrate with other systems via APIs and web services.
• Work with stakeholders to define constraints and ops documentation.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Value Stream Managers.
