Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow Catalog. You’ll work with stakeholders to create catalog items, automate with Flow Designer, and ensure best practices and secure configurations.

The role requires CSA and CAD certifications, 5+ years of experience, and flexibility to support production releases midweek. In-office presence is expected 3+ days per week with some days remote; you’ll mentor junior engineers and contribute to ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Availability to support production releases on Wednesday evenings on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, including variables, sets, and workflows.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate into catalog solutions.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, or Script Includes for automation and approvals.
• Ensure catalog items align with ServiceNow best practices and UX standards.
• Configure client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and ACLs for dynamic catalog behavior and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues; perform testing and deployment support.
• Provide documentation and training for catalog usage and administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with ServiceNow updates.
