EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our enterprise ServiceNow platform.

You will define architectural roadmaps across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom application scopes and bridge business strategy with technical execution. You will mentor developers and analysts, drive governance, upgrades, and performance optimization while delivering upgrade-safe designs and seamless integrations with Datadog, Jira, PagerDuty,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years specializing in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation within large enterprise environments.
• Deep technical proficiency in core IT Service Management (ITSM) and adjacent domains: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow development standards: JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, security, and upgrade safety.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable designs using OOTB functionality where possible.
• Design and oversee complex integrations with enterprise tools using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server architectures.
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts; conduct design reviews and code reviews.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, defining the architectural roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom application scopes.
