Job summary

Senior Tech will lead complex upgrades, mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians, and manage multi-system troubleshooting while traveling up to 50% and meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Arc Flash certification required or completed during Level 1
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform field/service visits
• Travel up to 50% for Level 3 senior responsibilities
• No formal education required for Level 1; advanced levels require technical training or engineering background
• Strong diagnostic and mentoring abilities expected for senior level

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies in shop and field
• Diagnose and repair VFDs, soft starts, and motor control panels
• Complete service reports, repair estimates, and documentation
• Represent the company professionally with customers and coworkers
• Available for after-hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
• Level 1: support senior technicians and travel up to 25%
• Level 2: perform complex repairs and field service
• Level 3: lead upgrades and mentor juniors, oversee project handoffs
