Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Texas is seeking a Service Technician II for a 2,141-unit apartment community in Hurst. This on-site role performs HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks to keep residents comfortable and satisfied with timely repairs.

Requirements include 3+ years on-site maintenance experience and Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. The position is hourly non-exempt with on-call weekends and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to: A/C and heating systems, Electrical and plumbing, Appliances, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, Ceiling leaks.
