Job Location: Delafield, WI; Hartland, WI; Pewaukee, WI
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Full Time
Hours per Week: 40+
Work Hours (i.e. shift): 7:00am-5:00pm
Starting Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000+ per year

SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN – EXPERIENCED
Dave Droegkamp Heating Inc., a well-established, respected family-owned and operated heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal company located in Hartland, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified applicants to fill this position opening. Seeking well-experienced, senior-level residential service technicians. Applicants must have significant, broad experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of residential heating and cooling products across multiple brands including conventional split systems, packaged units, boilers, mini-splits, and system accessories and controls including HRV/ERV, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, UV lights, zoning systems, and communicating thermostats. Applicants will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, be self-motivated, work independently, have experience working in an "on-call" rotation, and be able to produce accurate and complete job-related paperwork, invoices, etc. Senior technicians may also have lead generation, accessory sales, or direct sales experience allowing for additional earning potential as part of this highly rewarding opportunity.   1. Proven HVAC technical knowledge, experience, and related work history.
  2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and related mechanical skills.
  3. Have and maintain proper required certifications for servicing various product types.
  4. Have, project, and maintain excellent customer relations skills, as well as a professional business and pro-company image at all times.
  5. Able to work effectively within a team and customer service environment.
  6. Have and retain a valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record.
  7. Able to pass and maintain an acceptable background and criminal record check to not hinder company flexibility.
  8. Assist in training and development of other apprentice-level service technicians.
  9. Able to meet and maintain position availability, productivity, accuracy, quality, and deadline requirements.
