Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs per dealership and factory standards, diagnose malfunctions, complete repairs, and document all work on the repair order.

Coordinate with parts to obtain components and inform the service advisor of timelines. Qualifications include at least three years of technical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred; ability to lift 20 lbs and work with dealership computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of technical experience.
• Proficient mechanical skills.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts and with service advisor on timelines.
• Documents all work on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required and supervises apprentices as assigned.
