Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Service Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute projects in occupied high-end residences. You will collaborate with designers, architects, subs, and Dowbuilt staff to develop scopes of work and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a craftsman’s eye for workmanship. You will maintain schedules, manage costs, and oversee safety on active sites while supporting maintenance programs for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction experience, high-end preferred.
• OSHA 10 and CPR / First Aid certifications.
• Proficient with MS Office and project apps.
• Strong communication, active listening, and collaboration skills.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned service clients and act as primary Dowbuilt contact.
• Plan site meetings with clients and coordinate with designers, architects, subs, and staff.
• Define scopes of work with clients and stakeholders; create and adjust schedules weekly.
• Communicate scope and schedule updates to clients and Service Manager; ensure work meets agreed quality and deadlines.
• Assist Service Manager with estimates for labor, subs, and materials; manage resources.
• Submit material purchases to job numbers and assist with invoice approvals as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites; safeguard client privacy and property.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost; drive productivity.
• Prepare daily Field Reports detailing hours and work performed.
