As a Senior Service Specialist in our Compensation & Expense Services department, you will serve as a trusted resource for branch associates, helping them understand the key components of their compensation and financial performance. Through phone and written support, you'll provide guidance on topics such as commissions, profitability, bonuses, payroll, expenses, and compensation-related processes.
This role is ideal for a service-minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building relationships, and delivering exceptional support. You'll partner directly with branch teams across the firm, using your expertise to provide clear answers, identify solutions, and help associates navigate important financial and compensation questions with confidence.
