MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Columbia, MO is seeking a Senior Service Plumber. Bring 2+ years of service plumbing experience to diagnose and repair in‑home issues, build trust with customers, and explain maintenance options. This role collaborates with dispatch and mentors apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Complete in‑home plumbing repairs (faucet, toilet, water heater replacements, etc.).
• Build rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations.
• Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
• Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and organized.
• Work with our customer service & dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor apprentices to help grow the next generation of plumbers.
• Maintain accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
