MSHS Pacific Power Group in San Leandro, CA, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations, field service teams, and customer support programs. You will ensure efficient scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution while coordinating with sales, engineering, and finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service management in technical/industrial environments, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Management or Field Service Leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading service operations and field service teams in a technical or industrial environment.
• Direct Technician & Field Operations Management experience including scheduling, resource allocation, work execution and service performance.
• Customer & Operational Issue Resolution experience with ownership of escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate service activities to ensure work is scheduled, executed, documented, and completed efficiently.
• Maintain and oversee service documentation, including work orders, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure service information is maintained within service management systems and CRM platforms.
• Lead a service organization of up to 10 direct reports and coach field technicians.
• Coordinate technician resources and priorities to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
• Promote consistent service standards, safety, and customer-focused execution.
• Develop and implement standardized service practices and documentation.
