Job summary

FuelCell Energy is seeking a Manager, Service and Operations Deployment in Torrington, CT to lead field service and operations expansion for new installations. You will develop and implement service and operation requirements to drive high-performance execution, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable support across fielded assets.

The role requires 5-7 years in operations management, plus 2+ years in field service management and strong mechanical experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years managing and supervising operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of Field Service Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience; power plant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all field service and operation expansion activities.
• Develops and implements service/operation requirements for high-performance execution.
• Establishes training procedures and documentation for new personnel.
• Creates resource plans to support new installations and training.
• Coordinates with PM, Asset Mgmt, Field Service, Eng, Supply Chain and Quality.
