The role requires extensive automotive service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience.
• Experience with ADP or similar Dealer Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Office apps.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of automotive service management and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability of a high-volume service department.
• Develop relationships with vendors, management, and employees.
• Meet or exceed operating plan goals.
• Direct and schedule department staff and monitor payroll.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and address complaints.
• Enforce warranty policies and comply with regulations.
• Coordinate training and ensure workmanship standards.
• Monitor KPIs and repair order trends.
