Job summary

Energy Saving Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to establish and lead practical service design across our Operations team. You will shape how we design and improve complex multichannel services, focusing on customer journeys, operational delivery and prioritising impactful changes.

You will work with our Service Owner and Business Energy Scotland colleagues, turning insights into accessible, sustainable services, while growing service design capability across the

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in leading strategic service design for complex, multichannel services.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience working with agile design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design and improvement across digital, telephone and offline channels.
• Plan and deliver discovery, stakeholder research, co-design workshops, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping and testing.
• Coach colleagues and strengthen service design capability across Energy Saving Trust.
