Curate Partners LLC in New York seeks a Service Design Lead who operates at strategic and systems levels to shape digital financial services. Design end-to-end services, ecosystems, operating models, and business capabilities for human-centered, resilient, and scalable banking experiences.

This leadership role is hands-on and collaborative, guiding clients, designers, engineers, and product teams to translate insights into blueprints, prototypes, and executive narratives.

Formación

• Translate complex and ambiguous challenges into clear service concepts, operating models, business models, and service blueprints.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to inform decisions across client, employee, business, and platform needs.
• Apply generative AI and emerging tools throughout the service design process while considering accuracy, bias, privacy, traceability, and regulatory risk.
• Map journeys, ecosystems, service processes, policies, and dependencies to identify root causes and opportunities for innovation.
• Create high-quality artifacts such as service blueprints, journey maps, operating models, prototypes, and executive narratives.
• Build, test, and refine concepts, pilots, and simulations to validate assumptions and manage risks.
• Facilitate alignment among clients, designers, engineers, product managers, operations, and leaders to drive action.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans linking design decisions to client outcomes and value.
• Turn complex research and systems insights into clear narratives for teams and executives.
• Work openly and collaboratively, sharing work early and incorporating feedback.
• Mentor other designers and elevate the service design craft across teams.
• Understand APIs, orchestration layers, cloud platforms, data, automation, and fintech tech in service ecosystems.
