Service Experts LLC seeks a General Manager III to direct all service center activities in Richardson, TX. You will lead personnel and processes, analyze profitability, and drive sales while ensuring accurate payroll and strong customer communications.

The role requires a BS/BA in business administration or operations and 5+ years in HVAC or similar customer-service industries. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business Administration or Operations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries.
• Ability to use basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the operating statement for the center and departments and take appropriate action.
• Prepare and review the GM report and take appropriate action.
• Analyze profitability determinants and adjust as needed.
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and on time.
• Plan, set and achieve sales goals; utilize processes for generating and responding to leads; coach salespeople.
• Ensure effective customer communications and promote product value propositions.
• Develop employees and seek promotional opportunities on a company-wide basis.
• Adhere to government safety guidelines and ensure proper procedures for accidents, fire, and emergencies.
