Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, security, pest control, or similar customer-service focused industries.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for operating statements and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating statements for the center and departments; take appropriate actions.
• Prepare the GM report and drive actions based on findings.
• Analyze determinants of profitability and adjust as needed.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Plan, set, and achieve sales goals; generate and respond to leads; coach sales staff.
• Maintain effective customer communications; promote products and services.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and implement proper procedures for accidents, fire, and emergencies.
• Support HR standards; conduct performance appraisals and develop employees across the company.
