This position offers an hourly base plus commission, with earning potential of $65,000 – $85,000+ per year. We’re a family-owned, stable dealership group with six locations, closed Sundays, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or service writing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (in person & phone).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Clean driving record; willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.
• Listen carefully and document repair concerns accurately.
• Schedule and manage technician workflow efficiently.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Maximize technician productivity and maintain strong labor rates.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate service loaner vehicles when needed.
• Maintain high CSI scores and long-term customer relationships.
