H+H Chevy in Papillion, Nebraska is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, identify vehicle concerns, and communicate the value of recommended maintenance or repairs. This role offers a strong growth path within a family-owned dealership that emphasizes customer experience and state-of-the-art facilities.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+ with a schedule Monday through Friday 7am–6pm and Saturdays 8am–1pm (rotation).

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with presenting maintenance or repairs.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ability to read and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns.
• Explain maintenance or repair recommendations to customers.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience using the latest technology.
• Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns.
• Adhere to schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm; Sat 8am-1pm (rotation).
