Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on server manageability. You’ll design and implement firmware and software for GPU AI servers, lead BMC firmware work with a global team, and advance monitoring standards using Redfish, MCTP, and PLDM.

You’ll collaborate with hardware and security teams, ensure high code quality with tests, and contribute to end-to-end platform delivery for enterprise servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience; strong individual contributor track record.
• Experience with BMC firmware development on X86/ARM.
• Familiar with SBIOS, I2C/SPI/PCIe/JTAG interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver server manageability solutions for GPU AI servers.
• Lead BMC firmware design with global engineering teams.
• Develop and optimize DMTF-based monitoring (Redfish, MCTP, PLDM).
• Write tests, analyze code coverage, and ensure quality standards.
