Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end enterprise server delivery experience.
• Strong C/C++ development with Bash/Python scripting in embedded Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver BMC firmware and server management software.
• Lead a global team and coordinate with ODMs/OEMs for platform delivery.
• Develop DMTF-based monitoring solutions (Redfish, PLDM, MCTP) with test coverage.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to influence design and security while meeting performance goals.
• Instrument code with unit tests and produce quality reports.
