Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Server Administrator to maintain and optimize our infrastructure, focusing on identity management, M365, and virtualization. You will support both customer and internal applications while collaborating with teams across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in server administration with Entra AD, MFA, SSO, and strong PowerShell skills. Experience in SOX compliance and project leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in server administration with identity management and SSO.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SOX and audit reporting.
• History of leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management systems including Entra AD and MFA.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and OAuth configurations.
• Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Contribute to security and compliance efforts including SOX.
• Document processes and share knowledge across the team.
• Lead and participate in process improvement and project initiatives.
• Automate tasks via scripting and handle service desk tickets.
• Partner with vendors to architect and implement solutions.
