Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of relevant server engineering, systems administration, or data center experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Proven experience leading server engineering for large-scale, geographically distributed environments.
• Expertise with Windows Server and UNIX/Linux platforms, HCM, and Oracle database administration.
• Strong DevSecOps capabilities with CI/CD pipeline development using Ansible, Terraform, and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center management services for CA IT infrastructure including server platforms across 350+ locations.
• Lead Server Installation Support Services across worldwide facilities with rapid response to critical needs.
• Design and implement hosting environments for 40,000+ users ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Perform OS configuration, security fixes, and Oracle DB changes during deployments.
• Lead Hardware Configuration Management (HCM) and site surveys for facility upgrades and equipment placement.
