Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with relevant IT experience.
• 5+ years IT work focused on server and network environments.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Hands-on with storage, databases, and enterprise hardware.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide server installation and Go Live support for new facilities.
• Perform server refreshes and update project plans as needed.
• Deliver non-routine server installation support and fixes.
• Coordinate installations with stakeholders; document technical steps.
• Handle OS deployment, data migration, and hardware refreshes.
• Ensure systems match technical specs post-deployment.
• Support OS configuration and security fixes during deployments.
• Lead engineers, guide troubleshooting, and share expertise.
• Assist design of network configs for new sites and moves.
• Create, review, and update SOPs; lead training sessions.
