Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, networks, and related hardware.
• Experience in use, support and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve complex IT processes, systems and platforms.
• Provide next-level end-user support.
• Plan future system architecture changes.
• Contribute to cloud cost management with AWS/Azure tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements.
• Create and maintain technical diagrams and system state documentation.
• Manage servers, networking, and security practices including AD and VMware.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours work.
