Job summary

AdsIntelligence Marketing is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead SEO for home builder and master-planned community clients. You will own technical, content and local SEO, and contribute to AI-assisted workflows.

You will work with principals directly, manage client accounts, and shape strategy across audits, content briefs and reporting while ensuring brand and Fair Housing compliance. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience and comfort with HTML and structured data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on SEO experience across technical, content and local. Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with AEO or AI search visibility.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations for SEO work.
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and WordPress.
• Comfort reading HTML and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy for client accounts and present performance findings.

We are hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to lead SEO for our home builder and master-planned community clients. The role covers technical, content and local SEO, plus answer engine optimization (AEO). You will also help build AI-assisted workflows that make our team's work faster and more consistent.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

TITLE Senior SEO Specialist

TEAM SEO

LOCATION Annapolis, Maryland (hybrid) or Phoenix, Arizona (fully remote)

SCHEDULE Full-time. Annapolis: in office Mondays and Thursdays, remote the rest of the week. Phoenix: fully remote

LEVEL Senior. 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience

WHO WE ARE

AdsIntelligence Marketing is a digital-first, full-service advertising agency focused on the new home building industry across the country.

Our principals lead client accounts, so you will work directly with them and with our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead SEO strategy for a set of client accounts.
• Present SEO performance and recommendations to clients.
• Review work from coordinators and specialists and offer guidance.

Technical SEO

• Run technical SEO audits and prioritize fixes.
• Work with developers to implement and check fixes.
• Support SEO during site redesigns and migrations.

Content SEO

• Build keyword and content strategies.
• Write content briefs and review content before it publishes.
• Manage internal linking and content cleanup.

Local SEO

• Manage Google Business Profiles for communities and sales centers.
• Oversee citations, reviews and local landing pages.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Track how clients appear in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Recommend content, schema and other updates to improve that visibility.

AI Workflows

• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for research, audits, content briefs and reporting.
• Document processes so the rest of the team can use them.
• Make sure AI-assisted work is accurate, on brand and Fair Housing compliant.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, content and local. Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with AEO or AI search visibility.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations for SEO work.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and WordPress.
• Comfort reading HTML and structured data.
• Clear communication with clients and developers.
• Strong organization across multiple client accounts.
• If based in Annapolis, Monday and Thursday in-office days.
