Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Manager, Multifamily to own search strategy for a portfolio of multifamily clients, guiding technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking narrative on demand.

You will lead audits and fixes, coordinate with writers and AI, manage local and multi-location SEO, and report in GA4 and Search Console, setting quarterly roadmaps with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes completed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture.
• Keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI.
• Get clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, plus classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console; quarterly client roadmaps.
