Job summary

Tombras is seeking an SEO Manager to lead national and international SEO programs from Portland, OR, Atlanta, GA or Knoxville, TN. You’ll own client updates, drive proactive opportunities, and mentor an expanding SEO team of Analysts and Strategists.

Ideal candidates bring deep hyperlocal SEO, experience with enterprise platforms, and strong client communication. The role offers growth in a top independent agency with a digital mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting national and international SEO strategies.
• Strong analytics and client communication skills.
• Deep hyperlocal SEO experience with listings management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise SEO software.
• Ability to mentor analysts and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing updates, reporting calls, and dashboards.
• Identify proactive SEO opportunities for clients and Directors.
• Utilize SEO platforms such as GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, SEMrush, BrightEdge, and Adobe Analytics.
• Maintain primary client and account-team relationships via email and calls.
• Partner with internal/external developers to implement recommendations.
• Lead a large SEO team including Analysts and Strategists.
