Job summary

Zillow’s StreetEasy team is seeking a Senior SEO Product Manager to define and execute SEO and GEO-focused strategies that grow organic traffic and engagement across StreetEasy’s experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver SEO-enhancing features and optimize acquisition and onboarding.

This role requires self-motivation and ideation, with a focus on AI-generated and generative search surfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience for consumer-facing tech products.
• Demonstrated experience with SEO, traffic acquisition, or onboarding/engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to use data and experiments to shape strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap for StreetEasy, aligning with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase SERP visibility, including AI-generated surfaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics.
• Analyze traffic and experimentation results to prioritize SEO initiatives and optimize performance.
• Partner with marketing and content to improve site architecture and on-page elements.
• Develop clear success metrics and communicate impact to senior partners.
• Mentor peers on SEO best practices and decision quality.
