BairesDev is hiring a Senior SEO Analyst to lead the organic growth strategy for technical companies, optimizing digital footprints and leveraging data-driven insights to stay ahead in the evolving search landscape.

You will drive SEO initiatives, conduct technical audits, and oversee content and link-building efforts while collaborating with a global, remote team to deliver impact for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital marketing for technical companies.
• Proven expertise with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience in data analysis and content strategy to drive organic growth.
• Hands-on experience with link building and AI/LLM-aware SEO strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the technical sector to drive high-quality organic traffic.
• Perform deep technical audits and crawl analysis to resolve architecture and indexing issues.
• Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis for content opportunities.
• Oversee large-scale link-building campaigns to build domain authority.
• Integrate AI and LLM-aware optimization techniques for future-proof SEO performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs using industry-standard tools to refine growth tactics.
