Job summary

Jellyfish Brasil is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead advanced SEO strategies for enterprise clients. You will report to the SEO Director, manage a team of SEO professionals, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive organic growth and online visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years in web technologies affecting SEO performance.
Experience using GA4, Adobe Analytics, GSC and enterprise SEO platforms for insights.
Proven track record delivering SEO strategies for large sites.
Strong troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution skills.
Experience leading projects and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned to client goals, including technical SEO, GEO/AEO content optimization, and link-building.
Lead enterprise SEO programs, ensuring best practices to improve site performance and rankings.
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits; resolve crawlability and indexation issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand goals and provide actionable recommendations.
Oversee SEO roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Utilize data pipelines and cloud tech to automate reporting datasets.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitiveness.
Mentor junior team members and foster learning.
