Job summary

Moxie is a remote-first company empowering hundreds of independent med spa practices. We seek a Senior SEO Specialist (IC3) to own our SEO service line, lead a small team, and scale, setting strategy, SLAs, QA, and robust reporting across our practice book.

You will define mobile, local, and technical SEO programs and drive AI-driven search initiatives. You will partner with Marketing Services, Product, and RevOps to build scalable dashboards, playbooks, and self-serve reporting while shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO across multiple practices, agency or multi-location brand.
• Experience turning SEO into standardized, scalable systems with SLAs and QA.
• Fluency with GA4, GSC, and leading SEO tools; strong measurement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO as a strategic service line for hundreds of practices and lead a 2-person SEO team.
• Define and implement SLAs, QA, dashboards, and reporting to scale impact.
• Shape Moxie's approach to AI-driven search (GEO/AEO) and roadmap for 12 months.
• Mentor, inform sales conversations, and support enterprise SEO asks.
