Job summary

Single Grain, LLC seeks a senior SEO strategist to own the SEO/AEO roadmap for an assigned client book, stay hands-on, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll build agents, run weekly citation tracking, and report pipeline and revenue where attribution allows.

You are an advanced AI user who can design workflows in Single Brain and ClickFlow, guiding writers, developers, and analysts to produce high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SEO or organic growth with client-facing ownership.
• Shipped AI-for-SEO work we can inspect: the pages, the citations, and how you measured them.
• One agent or workflow you built and still maintain that removed real production work.
• One quantified result (citations, qualified traffic, pipeline, or revenue) with baseline, period, and attribution.
• AI fluency you can show: how answer engines retrieve and cite sources, and which calls you still make yourself.
• Strong technical SEO, analytics, and prioritization judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO/AEO roadmap for your accounts and decide what ships next.
• Track answer-engine citations weekly across major engines and log comparisons.
• Build and maintain production agents (research, briefs, refreshes, internal linking, checks, reporting).
• Lead client strategy calls with proactive recommendations and clear acceptance criteria.
• Report monthly using citations, qualified traffic, and pipeline or revenue where attribution allows.
• Write runbooks for scalable, autonomous workflows.
