Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sensory panel operations and scheduling, ensuring food safety and compliance.
• Design and execute sensory and consumer panel studies.
• Oversee descriptive analysis programs, including recruiting and training panelists.
• Analyze sensory data and clearly communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, USDA, etc.).
• Train and guide part-time team members on SOPs and sensory testing protocols.
