This role requires managing the sensory panel and conducting consumer research while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Ideal candidates will lead studies, analyze data, and guide part-time staff in sensory testing protocols. The position is critical for ensuring products meet high standards for customers and consumers, and it provides an opportunity to impact product development significantly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day sensory panel operations and scheduling, ensuring food safety and compliance.
• Design and execute sensory and consumer panel studies.
• Oversee descriptive analysis programs, including recruiting and training panelists.
• Analyze sensory data and clearly communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, USDA, etc.).
• Train and guide part-time team members on SOPs and sensory testing protocols.
