• Translate business questions into sensory protocols and actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensory study cycle from design to conclusions.
• Develop and train Sensory Champions network across locations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and customers to resolve sensory issues.
• Maintain and improve sensory procedures, SOPs, and templates.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
