Symrise is seeking a Sensory Scientist to lead sensory research for the Beverage BU and R&T teams. You will run sensory studies, apply advanced statistics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support product development and growth.

Strong expertise in sensory science and data visualization is required, with proficiency in JMP, XLSTAT, SPSS, and BI tools. Collaboration across functions and timely project delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in sensory science, preferably in food industry.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in JMP, XLSTAT, SPSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present data clearly.
• Willingness to learn and use Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze sensory studies.
