Job summary

MMR Research Worldwide in Atlanta, GA, is hiring an on-site Senior Sensory Laboratory Technician to support our product testing operations within the Consumer Innovation Center (CIC). This full-time permanent role offers the chance to work with leading brands and gain hands-on experience in sensory science.

You will manage panelist data, schedule tests, prepare labs, and write brief reports on findings. Work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, with training provided and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sensory science/product testing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related field.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience in report writing.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and maintain the panelist database.
• Schedule sensory test and update testing calendar.
• Set up and clean up sensory labs for each test.
• Help prepare and serve samples during taste testing and product evaluations.
• Follow specific testing protocols (trainings provided).
• Greet panelists, answer phones and other front desk duties.
• Write brief summary reports on research findings.
• Administrative work.
• Additional support tasks as needed.
