Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Software Development Engineer on the Cloud Runtime Protection team to build the core Falcon sensor for cloud-native AI workloads. You will design high-performance Linux components, work with eBPF, and contribute to secure, scalable security features across Kubernetes environments.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site per week. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Linux/Unix C/C++, kernel modules, and production eBPF experience, plus cloud-native and virtualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build runtime security solutions for Cloud and AI workloads at scale.
• Design and develop scalable Linux system software components for security.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through monitoring, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and cloud solutions.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Work with product and release teams to manage risk and improve quality.
