Job summary

PDF Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant Engineer to apply our e-beam systems to enhance yield in state-of-the-art 300‑mm semiconductor fabs. The consultant must be self-driven, with strong communication skills, and capable of delivering quality results in a dynamic, multi‑discipline environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing eProbe outputs, performing RD experiments to retarget defects, and creating high-quality analysis reports while engaging customers in yield improvement activities.

Qualifications
