Qualifications

• Ability to use layout edit or review tools such as Cadence ICFB, KLayout.
• Familiar with analysis platforms such as JMP, Spot Fire.
• Experience in semiconductor fail modes (opens or shorts) in FEOL and BEOL.
• Basic device physics understanding (P-N junction, transistor operation, CMOS).
• Ability to drive experiments rapidly and produce high-quality analysis reports.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of PDF eProbe output to maximize yield improvement.
• RD Experiments to retarget defects, strengthen signals, reduce noise or improve throughput.
• Analysis dataflow creation for repeated and consistent readout.
• Influence customers to also analyze eProbe readouts for yield improvement purposes.
