pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead end-to-end supply planning for semiconductor product lines from wafer start through test to customer shipment.

You will balance demand, capacity, material availability, and inventory, resolving complex supply issues and guiding leadership on corrective actions. A Bachelor’s in engineering or related field is required.

Formación

• Seven+ years of supply planning, production planning, materials planning, or semiconductor manufacturing operations experience.
• Ability to balance demand, capacity, material constraints, and inventory targets across multi-stage manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own executable supply plan across wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and finished goods.
• Balance customer priorities with capacity and inventory targets to optimize on-time delivery.
• Develop and evaluate supply scenarios for demand changes and disruptions.
• Lead resolution of complex supply and delivery issues with cross-functional partners.
• Represent planning in new-product introductions and high-volume manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Mentor junior planners and drive improvements in planning processes.
