Job summary

Powerlattice Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on Quality and Reliability Engineer to own company-wide quality, reliability and design-for-reliability initiatives, bridging design teams with foundries and OSAT partners.

In this hybrid role, you will establish rigorous quality gates, develop predictive models for wear-out mechanisms, and guide qualification through development to high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process, quality management, and product reliability.
• Advanced degree in EE/Physics/Materials science or related field.
• Experience with JEDEC, AEC-Q100, ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide quality, reliability, and DfR initiatives.
• Bridge design teams, foundries, and OSATs to define quality gates.
• Develop predictive models for wear-out and failure mechanisms.
• Drive supplier qualifications and manufacturing quality improvements.
• Standardize quality systems and guidelines across the organization.
