Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor Production logistics/supply chain/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Tableau, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to train junior staff and share knowledge.
• Works independently and may represent senior level long-term.

Responsibilities

• Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and demand.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure right wafers with right quantity are started and delivered to destination.
• Act as main interface to customers for supply and demand.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions; track and forecast.
• Lead continuous improvement on delivery commitment for urgent parts.
