Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate IP licensing agreements and related commercial terms.
• Support a variety of technology transactions, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements covering semiconductor technology, design IP, software, procurement, development, and licensing.
• Partner with business, engineering, and commercial teams to guide technology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate requirements.
