Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC seeks a Mechanical QA/QC Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large semiconductor projects. You will coordinate design, construction, quality, commissioning, and procurement teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives, while maintaining operational readiness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, complex construction programs.
• Strong PM knowledge across all project phases (pre-construction to turnover).
• Experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project or program execution aligning safety, quality, cost, schedule, and readiness.
• Develop execution strategies including contracting, procurement, phasing, and logistics.
• Provide leadership during pre-construction with budgeting, scheduling, and risk reviews.
• Oversee schedules and critical paths across design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Coordinate with quality, construction, and commissioning teams to meet design intent.
• Drive off-site manufacturing and modular delivery strategies.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks with proactive solutions.
• Lead client engagement as primary contact for performance, reporting, and escalation.
• Ensure readiness for commissioning, startup, and turnover with documentation alignment.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and clients.
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams.
